Lead times may vary based on the manufacturer.

OVERWEIGHT / HEAVY ORDER INFO: Some overweight or heavy items are required by the manufacturer to be shipped to a business with a forklift. (i.e. an axle) If you live local to San Marcos, Ca. you may call to see if your order is eligible to be shipped and unloaded here at Bent Motorsports. We are unable to store any parts or orders however, we are wanting to help you receive an over size or heavy order if we are available to.

Any shipping delays will be promptly communicated to our customers. In the event that a product is temporarily unavailable, it will be placed on back order and shipped as soon as it becomes available. Additional shipping fees may apply for deliveries outside the lower 48 states. If applicable, our Customer Services Representatives may contact you to confirm any changes in shipping costs or arrival timers. Please note that longer lead times are currently expected due to prevailing circumstances, and specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered "business days" for shipping purposes.

At Bent Motorsports, we work with third-party fulfillment services for some orders. This allows us to ship products directly from the manufacturer or supplier to the end customer, often resulting in quicker delivery times compared to waiting for future stock orders to arrive at our main warehouse.

Once your order has been shipped, please be aware that Bent Motorsports does not have the ability to perform certain actions, such as changing the delivery address, holding shipments for local pickup, requesting alternative delivery dates or times, or authorizing package release without a required signature. For any such requests, we kindly ask that you contact the shipping carrier directly.

Bent Motorsports collaborates with various shipping carriers, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, and regional carriers. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a delivery address that can receive shipments from any/all of these carriers. Please note that Bent Motorsports reserves the right to use any combination of carriers for deliveries and does not guarantee the use of a specific carrier. We also reserve the right to consolidate multiple orders shipping to the same address into fewer shipments and may split orders into multiple shipments. For certain orders, we may require a customer's signature upon delivery.

Oversized, Large Items may require additional shipping from the customer. 

Please be aware that our online checkout system may not always provide accurate shipping calculations for larger items, such as full suspension lift kits, oversized bumpers, tire carriers, storage racks, and similar products. In such cases, our Customer Service Representatives may reach out to you after your order is placed to confirm any necessary adjustments to the shipping fees. If a customer cannot provide a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift on-site for truck freight (LTL) shipments, additional charges may be required.

Lost, Missing, Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged item, an incorrect item, or an incorrect quantity, please contact us immediately via email at bentmotorsports@gmail.com . All claims must be submitted within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the packaging as well as the damaged part(s). We kindly request that you retain all boxes and packaging materials included in the shipment, as they are necessary for processing damage claims. To facilitate the claim process, we may need the original products and packaging materials to be provided to the shipping carrier. After the 5-day period, Bent Motorsports cannot accept responsibility for claims filed.

In the event of a complete loss or undelivered package, it is the customer's responsibility to report the issue to Bent Motorsports promptly. We will take immediate action to address the situation. Lost packages must be reported within 15 days from the original ship date.

Apartments, Mail Centers, Freight Forwarders:

If you choose to provide an apartment address, mail center, or freight forwarder as your delivery address, please be advised that this is done at your own risk. Bent Motorsports cannot be held liable for any loss or theft that may occur in such cases.
